Don't work, either in app or watch.same problem on 955 . You can edit, you the zones the way you want but when you go to a run the settings is in the way Garmin give you by default
Hello!
Are you able to upload a screen recording of this issue here?
Don't know how to share a screen record here. But i have my zone 1 between 51 and 55% in the app and still during my runs zone 1 is between 60 and 70% no matter where I change, watch or app.
Sorry,my mistake,i have my zone 1 between 51 and 55% , it's not possible imput 50% and during my runs the zone 1 still between 51% and 60% no matter where I change the zones, app or watch.
I have the same issue on my 955. I set custom HR zones in the Connect app, synced my watch multiple times, and then when I did an HR-based workout, it used the default HR zones set by Garmin (not my custom zones).
I have the same issue, it's so frustrating! When I change the zones it looks ok, but after a run the default zones is used. I may file a complaint and claim my money back...
I've had issues as well. Tried to set zones manually by BPM but it keeps reverting back to %hrr.
Also, I can't edit my zones in the web version of Garmin Connect, whereas that was no problem on the 245. I would really like that feature back.
Same problem here. Contacted the support last thursday and still waiting for an answer...
I’m having the same problem. I set my hr zones and they look fine. I sync but then the default zones always show up for the workout. HELP… this is the reason I have this watch and it’s not working
I have the same problem too. Also GC does not let you change individual sport Hr either. I've contacted support and sent a lot of data via app logs and PC files, and they are looking into it, but can't say how long a fix will be.
Very frustrating for a flagship device.
Come on Garmin we waited long enough for this watch. We shouldn't be your active beta testers.
