Garmin Pay Registration on PC

I've just bought a 255 and would like to use Garmin Pay. I don't have a smartphone and use Garmin Express on my Windows 10 PC. Is there a way to register a card using a PC. I've searched Garmin Connect in Garmin Express but cannot find a Garmin Pay option.

Not through Garmin Express but try via connect.garmin.com/modern via a web browser

(not sure it will work but you can certainly view Garmin Pay from there)

Thanks for the suggestion. I've looked at Garmin Connect via a web browser but cannot see an option to register Garmin Pay.
