Not easily as the pins are built into the strap
The official 22mm Quikfit pins are too thick to fit, as the end points are too wide.
That's a big dissapointment for me. I have many quick fit bands and was hoping to be able to use them
I bought the Forerunner 255 and attached my garmin quickfit bands
you have to buy the right watch spring bars. I bought mine frome amazon.
on the Photo you can see what i mean.
by the way the watch is…
Actually looks good. Was worried this looked terrible. The blue version probably did. Are these 3rd party pins fitting well? They don't seem to be made exactly for that. I also doubt that Garmin will send me the Nylon replacement, if it isn't even made for the watch. The Quickfit Nylon band is a ridiculous 299€.
I did not have a good experience with 3rd party bands such as yours. After a few times swimming they would loosen all the time. What band are you using?
The 3rd party pins are great - but impossible to remove if you think you might need to. Very very solid!
The band I use cost less than £2 from Ebay UK - just search for 22mm quikfit nylon or variations of that search and you'll find a bunch. Zoom into the Ebay pictures and check its definately Quikfit.
Looks like! I will try something else. Suunto just released a microfiber strap for 22mm and Quick Release. I will try that.
