Im considering upgrading my FR235. Does anyone know if the coach function has audio prompts during a workout?
Specifically, since I think it's hard to read the screen while running, I'm interested in getting voice prompts when
entering a new step of a structured running workout, telling me what the next step is.
Absolutely.
For this bike workout, the voice reads out into my headphones 'bike 3 minutes power 100-135' for the first step
@SeeParRun have just posted a demo so you can hear it (if no audio from the forum, the Youtube link should work)
For running you get HR or pace targets read out, similar to the above - at each workout step and if you go over or under the targets (voice alert if you exceed the HR target etc)
I do not see any reason…
Do you have this setting?
I have more options after Power alerts - its probably a difference between my Music version and your non-music version.
