Garmin experts, how do I fix this issue? I am on firmware 13

Might get a response of yiu explain the problem in words, a picture might tell 1,000 words but sometime you need a short summary just to explain the context.

Well the problem is that after I swam for 5 minutes in a pool my Garmin 245 started to act up. The heart rate monitor stopped working and the watch was buzzing in a strange way. This buzzing issue disappeared but the heart rate monitor is still not working. I did a Reset by keeping the light button pressed for 30 seconds and after the restart in the about section many fields appeared with version 0 which is not ok!

I was hoping that people from Garmin would guide me with a way to restore the firmware and fix these issues but it seems that there is total radio silence. Which is extremely disappointing to see...

Did you call Garmin Support? This is a user forum not a hotline to Garmin.

I've used support chat , email and phone on various occasions where necessary.

There shouldn't be so many 0's there possibly an update did not load correctly.
