No green lights or red lights working. I bought this watch 1 week ago and the heart rate, pulse ox and steps just randomly stopped working. I tried to then update the software and this did not help, i think it created a new problem saying pulse ox software mismatch, because it wasn't saying this before the update, but it also wasn't showing any measurements before or after. I then tried a factory reset and this did not work. I them tried to sync with Garmin express to check for new software but nothing.
I think I have tried everything, is there any other suggestions before I contact customer support?
