My Garmin forerunner 245 music has stopped recording heart rate. The light on the back does not flash. Also not giving running dynamics

Exact same thing happened to me. Worked with Garmin support (sierra you are awesome)! And somehow the sensor must have been corrupted with update. Go to System>About and scroll down to see WHR and sensor…

Exact same thing happened to me. Worked with Garmin support (sierra you are awesome)! And somehow the sensor must have been corrupted with update. Go to System>About and scroll down to see WHR and sensor hub. If those values are zeros you have the same issue as I do.

same deal..No heart rate no steps.

what did you do to fix the issue? Ive done software reinstall, reset to factory default, hard reboot..Nothing seems to change it

BMX 0.0.0 (!)

WHR: 0.00.00

ANT/BLE/BT 6.15

Sensor Hub 0.00

Same thing happens here, same 0.00.00 values on WHR and Sensor Hub 0.00, how can I solve this issue without sending it to Garmin support and not have my day to day watch for 2 or more weeks ?
