Battery on Forerunner 245 suddenly draining fast without any activity, usually charge once a week, had to charge twice in two days. No change in settings. Is there a known problem? any way to fix?

I've just purchased a 245 music and I'm having to charge it every day

Happened to me, updated it to the latest software and it seemed to fix the problem somewhat.  The Forerunner 245 is an older model now so there might be a bit of battery wear and tear

Battery is lasting about 3 days now, and I've been injured for 8 weeks, so no GPS activities...Really quite irritating.

If this is a way to get people to upgrade to a 265, it won't work!!
