 What is ASC please?

 Yes, you&rsquo;re right, it&rsquo;s about elevation.

Thanks for responding. I&rsquo;ve since learnt it&rsquo;s about elevation. I was puzzled initially because I&rsquo;d been running around a flat soccer field.

What is ASC please?
