I'm not Chinese, but now in China.. is it ok to buy Forerunner 245 in China?

Don't take my words for granted, I am not a Garmin employee, just another user.

As far as I understand there is APAC, European etc. models and one of the difference seems to be available language translations. 

English is the base system language for all I think. There isn't an English language translation file available on the file system of the watch.

So yes, you should have at least English language available to choose from, amongst other languages spoken in Asia.

If you can't find Korean on the system you may have to check with Garmin Express software under Tools > Languages and download the Korean language file in addition. Should it not be available, someone here in this forum might share it with you. Language files are just text translation files placed in Garmin/Text/ folder.

Well, it seems I can buy Forerunner 245 in Chana, and can change display language to English... and supporting Korean indication..

at the same, not 100% sure if it has all the same functions with language compared to one I can buy in Korea. 

Actually I don't need Chinese text at all. 

The structure with language support is more or less the same across models. No difference there.

Just make sure you buy a APAC model, not an US or EU import model. With it you should have Korean language also.

You maybe ask the shop assistant to set it up for you either with English or Korean.

Functionality should be more or less the same. However I read occasionally that APAC models have a delay with firmware updates, sometimes quite significantly delayed which could mean that you miss some features. Current firmware version is 9.6. on the 245 model. Last week the new forerunner 255 series was released.

Judging from posts from users that have APAC versions it's not worth to buy unless you very much have to, because the new firmwares released by Garmin usually don't support APAC devices (at least that's what I see in Fenix6 forum) APAC users are at least half a year (if not more) back
