My Garmin forerunner 245 music isn’t updating using Garmin connect or Garmin express, yet I am told I have an old version. Currently it’s running software version 5.00 and sensor hub version 5.04 and I was told bu Garmin support that this was out of date and was likely to be the cause of my hr sensor not working properly, but I am unable to update to check
