  • So I was having the same issue on my Powerbeats Pro. When I first got my watch I was able to use my headphones volume rockers but now I can’t. This update has not appeared to fix the issue. Definitely let down, but the update as a whole is very nice.

  • Scroll to the Performance widget, hold down the UP key, select Performance Options and there you have Pause Training Status.

  • Thanks! Was expecting something similar to the Stress Widget which uses the Start/Stop button. Garmin and their menus...

  • I've been really critical of the latest updates, but I have to say this one looks very good, at least for me.

The battery life problem with 4.40 seems to be fixed, the connection with the Connect app seems more reliable, the weather widget is almost always up to date, and I really like the redesign of the smart notifications, is much more useful this way.

Edit: Well, after using it for a week, I'm still having connection issues with the App (iOS). Even though the watch is connected to the phone via bluetooth and receiving notifications, I have to restart the watch every few days otherwise it would stop syncing with the Connect app, and it stops receiving weather information.

  • Can this app be downloaded  via the app or is it too big and you need to connect to a PC?

  • My battery has seems to have taken a hit with this update. It’s the only thing that’s changed in the last few days and now it barely holds a charge for 3 days. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

    Forerunner 245

After the update the battery goes from full to empty in 12 hours - was about 6-7 days before.

After update the GPS takes around one minute to go from red to green, used to be about 10 seconds.

Please push fix or let me know if I can help you test anything.

    Thank you.

  • Still can't get the update in the UK!?

  • Has stopped recording the *walking* intensity minutes after the V5.0 update.

Am I the only one facing this issue?
