Forerunner 245 did not count distance when start activity

My Garmin Forerunner 245 did not count the distance when I start an activity.

Time and pace are still operating normally but distance not.

When I start an activity I still get active GPS notification.

Then when I finish, nothing to saved

it didnt work. I still cannot see the distance field moving at all. pressing the upper left button merely update the software.
