Forerunner 245 did not count distance when start activity

My Garmin Forerunner 245 did not count the distance when I start an activity.

Time and pace are still operating normally but distance not.

When I start an activity I still get active GPS notification.

Then when I finish, nothing to saved

I have the same problem. I did a master reset and after that it was okay.

I had try to reset it two times but it not working.
But after 2 days, I try it again then it work.

Hello Billy, did you save the activity? If so, did it upload to Garmin Connect, and can you attach a picture?

Hi. Yes, I save it and I assume the Save worked as the time came over.

Just press and hold the back light button(upper left button) until it turns off. Then press the same button again to turn it back on.
