Regarding: Audio Prompts during an activity (Running) Garmin Forerunner 245 Music
Current Capabilities: Audio Prompts during a run used with Lap alert. Which just gives you an audio update for just that lap.
Suggestion: I hate looking at my watch to see what my current progress is, it's distracting. There should be an option where I can choose what audio prompts I want to hear and I can choose any frequency (distance or Time) to hear them. So what should happen when I set my watch to give me an audio prompt of my current pace, heart rate, elapsed time so far, and distance ran so far at every .50 mile. For example: At the 1.5 mile mark; I should hear current heart rate, current average pace, total distance ran so far (1.5 miles, not .50 miles for the third time), and total elapsed time running so far (not the time I ran for that last .50 miles.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch does this exactly.
I've messed with the settings and researched the manuals, I've tried everything to get the audio prompts to functions as mentioned above.
Garmin Community, let me know If I'm missing something.
If it is not possible, that's surprising. Am I really the only person that never looks at their watch during a run and relies on audio prompts to keep me updated of my total progress?
