245 timer fields keep repeating 60 minutes in timer setting

Please can you help me?

I have set my main screen as DISTANCE second field TIMER third field PACE

However, when I start a run - the timer (or even when I toggle to Elapsed time - cycles the run time to 60 minutes and then restarts again on another 60 minutes.

This is HUGELY frustrating when you out for a long run only to now know how long the run has lasted for?

Please can you help me?

The watch is brilliant - I have obviously caused this but I don't know how I have done it, and I cant seem to change it - Its driving me mad!!

Thank you

  • There should be a smaller number that indicates hours.

  • Former Member Are you not seeing the small hour indicator in the attached picture once you've gone over an hour?

Thank you for taking the time to reply

I’m afraid NO - there’s is just the timer that elapses at the start of a run from 0:00 and gets to 59:59 before going back to 0:00 and the next hour.

it isn’t doing what I want which is timing a run entirely

    Just realised what your saying!
the watch is elapsed timing correctly! Those small digest to the side are the hours! Sorry!
I can’t say I have noticed - but I will look more carefully when I’m running over an hour - thank you!!

  • Following on from this does anyone know if there is an easy way to make the hour display the same as the other digits? I guess the other option is to use a customised watch face.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Blake, like Petrus I would like to know if there is a setting to make the hour digit the same size as the other digits. It is difficult to read on the run with just a quick glance. An hh:mm:ss setting would make life a bit easier on long runs and ultras. My old FR230 could do it.
