2 weeks the heart rate sensor on the watch does not work. If someone has the same problem? Maybe it is related to the software? collecting does not solve the problem.

  • Former Member We would recommend starting with a hard reset (hold the power button down for 15 seconds) before powering it back on like normal. Then ensure the sensor is still turned on by going into your sensor settings from the main menu.

    when reset, as well as when switching on and off the pulse from the menu, it works for 1 second and goes out. no vents settings do not help
