Training plan not syncing to watch

My watch no longer has any of the previous synced workouts and will not allow me to sync any new ones. Even though I send the workout to the watch through the app, the watch doesn’t ever update with the info. It just says download training calendar. 

  • They didn't really say.   You have to remit a ticket, they ask for specific information from your system and phone.  A few days later it "magically" starts working again. The reps are very friendly.  I'd really like to know what the root cause might be and Garmin's steps to permanently resolve the issue.
