wifi error 0200 FR245M. Cannot download spotify playlists

I can connect to wifi network, however i cannot download any song on spotify. I used three different WIFI networks, re installed spotify, on/off FR 245M, change/ updated the password, nothing works. I can listen to music downloaded via garmin express, but no spotify at all... any solution?

Other Garmin watches with other wifi error codes were succesfull when adding the wifi network via the Garmin Connect phone app (so not directly on the watch), I read elswhere on this forum. I have tried adding a wifi network via my Android phone and my iPad. I was able to add the wifi networks, but not succesfull when trying to sync.

That did not work for me either. Still no Spotify on my 245 Music, very very disappointing... it’s a great watch after all, but very annoying this.

I have the same problem, brand new FR245M with 0200 error when trying to sync playlist. Hope Garmin addresses this issue soon or at least give a prognoses when they intend to address the issue...

The installation of the beta software (Forerunner 245 Series Beta 3.46) did not solve the wifi/Spotify issue.

I talked to the Garmin help desk today and they told me that it was a well known Garmin software problem. They were working on it and a solution would come in a software update. Probably within a few weeks. Waiting and waiting...

this is absurd. bought the forerunner 245 music for the sole reason that it could play music offline and you're saying that function exist right now?

You can play music offline if you synchronize through Garmin express with your music stored on your computer. However, Spotify doesn’t work, at least not on my FR245 music, as well as on many others
