Update 3.0 bluetooth issues

Hello, my Garmin bluetooth conectivity randomly stops working. Mostly, it's after an activity (doesn't matter which one), but sometimes happen out of nowhere. The fix for this seems to be restarting the device. When the device doesn't sync, it seems the bluetooth is turned off, because the device is not visible from phones (tried more phones). However the bluetooth setting in the device is on.

Sometimes the device turn off/on works, other times, it will connect to the phone after turning garmin on, but just for 5 seconds and then lose the connection. This repeats a lot, so getting the connection locked is really pain.

Tried: Garmin watch factory resset, phone reset, Garmin connect mobile app reinstall, removing device from Connect and adding back (this caused a lot of trouble, I wasn't able to to pair the device for hours)
It seems the trouble began with the 3.0 software update. Any suggestions how, or when will this be resolved or should I return the device and get a new one?
Thanks

My 245M is new -- took it out for the 3rd time today, and now every time I select 'run' it breaks the bluetooth connection to my headphones, which stays broken until I turn the watch off and on, or delete and re-pair the headphones. There is no way to Run and have music playing, now. It wasn't doing this 2 days ago, but now it does it 100% of the time. This is on v3.10 and on v3.46b. I am beyond livid.

Okay, doing a reset to factory settings seems to have fixed it now. It had better never happen again...

I had problems with bot be able to connect to phone, not even after factory reset and reinstall of Garmin Connect.

Fir me it started working only after I also mafe my phone 'forget' bluetooth pairing of this device. Then did reinstall and reset.

Last month I built up the courage to update to latest SW and no problem. However, Noe for about two weeks I have white 2mm in diameter pixels on screen. Seriously, I have never had so much problems with any product, only with garmin. If any other company had activity tracking on this level, I would not hesitate to change my brand of Choice.

Anyone get a good fix for this issue. I've had my 245 for 18 months and had no issues till I upgraded to iPhone 11. Now it randomly connects to my watch when it feels like it.  Turning everything on and off used to do the trick now nothing helps.
