Headphone pairing on 245 Music

I have been having difficulty getting headphones to pair with the 245 music. The watch will recognize the headphones, I confirm that I want to connect to them, the headphones confirm that I am connected but the watch just keeps searching on. Not sure if I am doing anything wrong or if others are having similar issues.

Im having the exact same issues. My Headphones are paired but it won’t connect and play music which is very frustrating, I’ve had the watch for 2 weeks and it all worked well until this week…

same here, it's a shame with all the energy I put to choose it and the money it cost, I'm returning it

How did you unpair or remove the Jabras from the watch? I am having the same issue but don't see my Jabras as a connected device on the Connect app. I'm at the point of going factory reset

Same issue - I know this thread is 2 years old, but still not finding a fix.

The watch recognizes the headphones, the headphones recognize the watch and enter pairing mode, but the watch won't connect and fails.

I know there is a compatibility list of working headphones ( https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/running-multisport/f/forerunner-245-series/165843/245-music-headphone-list-change---am-i-out-of-luck-forever ) ...just bought mine (waiting for delivery) hope that will work with my headphones. Although I see this thread is 2 years old. It is strange how people still complaining and garmin did not release a firmware that solves those conectivity problems. Hope that my 245M will work flawlessly =/

..try connecting through garmin 245 music "sensors and accessories" settings..worked for me after all the various other steps, e.g., app removal, garmin connect removal, iphone bluetooth forgetting, re-pairing, etc. etc.
