Forerunner 165 - control menu icon piled up when moved

Just bought a new FR 165, updated the software to 22.26 via garmin express, Then this happened

Anybody knows or experienced this kind of issue before? Any solutions? Already tried to factory reset the watch but still happened

I saw a similar post recently on Reddit. Part of the watch face display was missing as well. I recall seeing someone post it for a 265 / 965 as too, although I'm not able to find that post now.

thanks for the update! Does it happened because of the update via garmin express?

I just went back to the store yesterday and they gave me a new unit, but now i'm afraid to update it via garmin express

There was an issue reported about a month ago by a number of users which likely happened with one update at that time.

Doesn't seem like the same issue, although they may be related. Those were on the activity screen, this is on the controls menu.

i was on 22.26, updated thru garmin express. the new unit i got is on 21.21
