Hi, I am using HRM Dual for 3 years now, No problem an very happy. suddenly It stoped working witm my Xiaomi T14 phone.

I followed all steps. Remove from paired devices, replaced the battery, GPS ON, connect only in App, NO succes.

I am usind Adidas Running App. When in settings, scanning for devices, Garmin HRM Dual it is shown. I pressed it but NO succes to connect.

It worked in Strava. Can anybody help ?

    Not sure I understand which app you want to connect the HRM-Dual strap to, but if you are referring to the Garmin Connect app, then that's not possible, and never was. You can add only newer straps like HRM-Pro, HRM-FIT, HRM 600 to Garmin Connect. You have to connect the strap to your watch (or Edge) instead.

    And if you are referring to the Adidas Running app, then seeing that the strap connects to Strava without problems, it does not seem to be a hardware problem. I'd rather suggest contacting the support of Adidas.
