Hello all,
during last week (~5 runs) I observed that breathing data isn't available in my run statistics. Actually, data from 7sec of run is available. After interval run, I confirmed that my HRM Pro Plus doesn't supply data. HRM Pro Plus is 2.5 years old. Watch displays that HRM is connected when I select Run activity.
I am using different HRMs for >5 years, so know very well what shall be checked if HRM doesn't work.
What I tried:
- replacement of battery - 2 times
- re-pairing - ~7-10 times. Pairing without any problems
- washing and cleaning of HRM
- manual downloading HR data from history - no success, seems it isn't available on watch
- check HRM SW - up to date
- check watch SW - up to date
Any ideas what else shall I try before ordering new one?
