HRM 600 washing? Run activity internal recording?

1. How to wash it properly on 7th use? Unbuckle monitor from the strap first, or wash together? I do not see info in manual (printer or online)

2. When I record Run activity in the HRM600 in itself (without watch, starting and finishing with GarminConnect android app) no recording of any Run Dynamics visible? Kind of unpleasant was to find that...

3. Not a question, just another line of disappointment to find that new Run Dynamics metrics (what else would I buy HRM 600) are not available on F7 series...

As far as I know, iw was never possible.
Activity have to be recorded on the watch, i don't have HRM 600, but with HRM Pro Plus it is even not possible to start activity from Garmin App.
