I cannot get the module of the HRM 600 to charge. It has been updated to firmware 5.20. I have used the cable that came with the HRM and previous cable used by my Fenix 8. I cannot get the HRM 600 module to charge using either cables. I have tried different power outlets to no avail too. My Fenix 8 has been charging fine using all the combinations of chargers I have tried. My laptop (Windows 11) also does not recognise the HRM 600, even with USB file access turned on. My Fenix 8 is recognised fine. The battery of the HRM 600 was 52% in the app and is now 50%.
The charging port on the module looks intact.
I’ve contacted Garmin and awaiting their response. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem or if I’m missing something obvious!
