I hope someone can help!! I have been using my HRM Pro plus for a year with no issues. It’s been the best sensor in terms of connectivity issues I’ve had with other HR sensors.
I’ve only just needed to replace the battery but to my disbelief my EPIX cannot pair or find the HRM with the new battery! Everything was fine this week but now the new battery has rendered it useless?
what can I do? Everything was working fine? I’ve checked the prongs etf all ok. Why won’t it work with a new battery? Infuriating.
Please let me know of a solution. New battery is Panasonic so reputable. Thank you in advance. Much appreciated.
