Can't see running dynamics in Garmin Connect with HRM Pro Plus

i have fenix 6 pro solar and same problem with hrm pro plus... its new and used it today... connected to the watch, add devices in the connect app, still the running dynamics arent showing anything other than the basic candence and stride length... while verified with collegue data, i could see the device and sensor in the overview tab and stat has all the running dynamics. for me, only the device alone shown against the activity... not the sensor details. when i enable, it is syncing the hrm, device etc but not actually connect with the app is my thought

Do you see that the HRM Pro Plus is connected when you start the activity? It sounds like it isn't connected during the activity.

You don't need to have the HRM added to Garmin Connect. Only add it to the watch.

yes it wasnt connected though the watch, connect says so... reached out to the support team... one gentlemen helped me... 1. removed the hrm device from the connect app 2.it got resolved by restoring to default for the run activity (run setting->restore defaults). 3. ensured the hrm is connected thru the sensor and accessories option in the watch... Looks some stale connection with the connect app or watch... bit of clean up is expected.
