Does anybody know if HRM Swim can produce a vibration once an HRM threshold is overcome?

Despite of lack of motor.
How would you do this?
Your HRM only collect HR data, do not know your HR threshold, this information is hold by your watch which cannot sent it to your HRM because radio waves…

How would you do this?
Your HRM only collect HR data, do not know your HR threshold, this information is hold by your watch which cannot sent it to your HRM because radio waves propagates very poor under water.
