Hello, i have an instinct tactical (i dont know if that makes a difference) and some one gave me an hrm dual. My problem is that instinct has a hr sensor so before i paired it with the hrm dual i closed it. I didnt see any heart rate so i turned it back on. But now i dont know if the heart rate is from the watch or the hrm. And the hrm cant connect to the garming app. Anyone knows how to see the ht from hrm? Thank you!
