HRM Pro - No heart rate data?!

Just finished a virtual ride on ROUVY where the HR strap were working fine. The ride itself sync to Garmin connect, but heart rate data has gone missing - like blank blank blank ( see the picture) Is this related to the issue people are having with the new FW?

    What was your HR during the ride?

    Look at the Zones and how they are set up.  If your HR was really 92/101 (or is that another chart) it is below the zones set

    HR is found on the stats page, so something was recorded. Zones are fine. Nothing changed in the setup the past year, and my run from Wednesday was recorded fine. Something is rotten in Denmark

    Zone 1 starts at 135 on your screenshot . that is why all are nil %

    You need to reset/check your HR zones

    Sometimes an update throws things off

    My zones are correct in the watch setting. Maybe the data from ROUVY got messed up. Thanks for the help

    As I understand it your question was why the bar lines show 0%. As your HR was below any of the zones thus the 0% in the bar charts. Your lowest zone is 135-143 and your max only hit 135 hence its showing 0% on all the line charts

    Yeah but it must be a bug somewhere. Neither the setting in Garmin nor ROUVY is incorrect, so it should have shown something. I will reset the hr zones on both and check again
