hrm dual with no smartphone

hi, I do not have a smartphone, only a laptop. I have a hrm dual and an ant plus usb, when i plugged in the ant plus it is not showing on garmin express

is there anyway i can track my heart rate using the garmin hrm dual, with garmi express or any other app? thanks in advance!

You can't do it with Garmin Express. You would need to find another app that can communicate with a HR strap over ANT+. While technically possible, I am not aware of any such app.
