Where can I see the data from the external sensor?

I have connected my external (Polar H9) heart rate sensor to my fenix 7 watch. The status is shown as 'connected'.

Where can I find the data from this external sensor? I can see the heart-rate as usual, but I assume that this is still (and only) the internal heart rate monitor.

You mean during an activity? It should default to the connected HRM

Outside an activity it uses the OHR

Also see if this applies to your device I use a Garmin HRM with my 965 and I have Dynamic Source Switching turned off.

There are a number of posts on the forums about getting both data sources from .fit files but not sure if only works with a Garmin HRM.

As noted the HRM only is active during activities.
