Has anyone ever tried swimming without the sleeve?

I lost mine and am having trouble to find a place to buy a new one (Grrrrrrrr).

I have no experience with swimming without the sleeve for HRM Pro (+), BUT I have a spare cover from my retired HRM Pro - the yellow one. It is still good.

Where are you located? I live in Germany…
