This. I got a HRM-Dual strap on sale and will use it tomorrow. The thing is I dress up about 45 minutes before a run and so would it be okay if I wet the strap then and put it on then? I have to drive across town for the workout and it would be annoying if I had to put it on with multiple layers on and 15 F degree weather.
(I also saw on reddit that some folks use EKG gel. Not sure I'll try that unless runs are just wonky with HRM data. Running in the winter and the freezing cold doesn't help the cause.)
Also, side topic. Can I connect the hrm to my Fenix 8 AND Instinct 2X at the same time?
