tempe battery substitution

I was changing the battery on my tempe, the round thin bottom fell out from the battery lid. have you an image of the correct position of the contacts in respect with the lid orientation? any positioning results in tempe not working even if lid has been correctly fastened. Device and battery are good because it works if the battery is simply held in place without lid.

I can't post a photo. The piece that has the '+' has 3 small prongs on one side and a larger contact that is folded a bit. That must fit in the plastic holder where there is room for it. When closing, the dot on the back should be aligned at the dot base of the arrow on thr case. Then press down hard and rotate the lid to the top of the arrow. Does this make any sense?
