I keep seeing questions like "what is the latest firmware for my Fenix/HRM-Pro/Edge/whatever?"
Would it not make more sense to make this information easily accessible on the support site? It would be a simple matter of updating a version number for the matching devices each time a new version goes up on the servers. It could probably even be integrated into the software Makefiles (or whatever build process you use).
By the time I ask a support question I have typically spent quite a while trying multiple ways to answer the question myself. You could save this time for hundreds or thousands of users, not just those who post support questions, but those who give up in frustration before reaching that point.
I have used Garmin products for many years and they are generally great, but when something goes wrong it can be a very frustrating time.
