Heart Rate Monitor

Hi,

I have a Fenix 7 Pro and my heart rate monitor has stopped working suddenly.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have, turned it on and off again, hard restarted it, re-installed the latest software.

I'm reluctant to reset it as i will loose all my data i believe unless someone can tell me different?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you changed the battery in the heart rate monitor?

I have not, didn’t realise I would have to. Assumed it would run off the same battery the watch does.

Are you talking about the optical HR or an external strap?

If the OHR , which I think is the case, look in the Fenix 7 Forum and maybe post there.

Like S.M.R. wrote, I get your are NOT talking about an external HRM (which Dr Phil thought), but about the optical HRM of your watch.

So this is the wrong forum, because "Accessories & Sensors" is about external stuff like HRM Pro, Running dynamics pod, temperature sensor and so on.

Try the Fenix 7 forum ("Outdoor Recreation").
