The bike speed sensor (Garmin 530) shows a low battery level, despite changing the battery (CR 2032) several times and trying several brands (Duracell, Energizer...)

Try power cycling the 530 after the battery change.
he message continues, I had already tried it
The sensor works well, but it continues to warn about low battery
I don't know the 530, but it probably has a Settings menu with Sensors, if you select the sensor, after a few minutes it should populate the data, including the battery status. Right after replacing a battery, what does it say? And after a day? Does it still work after it reports a low battery, or does it not do anything? Test a new battery in another sensor, is it fine after a day? Then try it in the suspect sensor.
It is really rare for a sensor to develop a fault, but if it has had water ingress or was dropped, it can happen.
