No able to add Garmin Swim HR belt as a sensor to Forerunner 920XT

Hi everyone,

I've bought a Garmin Swim HRM belt to go with my FR920XT watch for use when lap swimming in a pool. At present the HRM-Pro Plus belt works fine with the 920XT for open water swims (wear a wetsuit, with Pro belt under). I'm having trouble adding the Swim belt as a sensor to the 920XT. The 920XT displays the sensor as found (HR - 838332) and says "Select to Add".

However, there is no button on the 920XT that I press, or in combination, which will allow me to add the Swim HR sensor. I had no problem adding the Swim HR sensor to my Edge 820 cycling computer.

Anyone experienced something similar and managed to solve it?

If it’s connected for the swim there’s no need to add it again for any other activity, unless you want to add it as BT instead of Ant+. For reference, top right is used to add sensors when Select To Add…
