HRM Pro plus

I have HRM pro plus , paired with watch and phone . I done activity in boxing gym , still no data , Im doing something wrong ?

Do you connect to the watch and start the activity before the workout?

So every time I must start activity on watch , then I can leave in the bag , then download it?

That is correct. When you end the activity, you stop the watch but keep them connected so that all the data can transfer. The watch will notify you when the transfer is complete.
