Garmin watch bands: Color selection?!

I'm currently looking for new stylish wristbands for my FR265.

I also have an Apple Watch and have already bought several wristbands from Apple: Colors like Lemon Zest, Capri Blue and Red had me swooning.

I recently had a look at Suunto to see what wristbands are available. Nice colors too. (Unfortunately it doesn't fit my FR265, it pops off)

And what do I find on the GARMIN homepage?
An incredibly poor selection.
Who approves such a poor color selection?
The color selection is crazy bad.
No red, no nice summery yellow, no nice blue.

Yes, I know that you can use all 22mm bracelets.
But I would rather have an original GARMIN wristband than some cheap ones with not so great quality.

I wish GARMIN would take a look at what cool colors are available from Apple and Suunto and adapt their range!

  • I second that. I prefer the (overpriced) Garmin bands because I assume these are most reliable, but the selection of cheerful bright colors is limited. Even the "Amp Yellow" one is a subdued banana yellow. Sky Blue is OK. There was an orange band at one time. The lighter colored bands still look nice after years of use, while the dark ones lose the matte finish and look worn in weeks. So Aliexpress it is.. and I have Anbest bands that are 5 years old and never failed, they are OK (when bought in 2019..beware, things and quality can change fast). I think the Garmin color palette could be more diverse than the almost 50 shades of gray-ish that it is now.
