I wore Garmin for 3 years (Fenix6 pro and Fenix 7pro solar). I trained always with Chest HRM.
I am 48years old, 110kg, I train OCR (Spartan like) 3 times a week with a pro coach. I have done Spartan, Running Warrioirs, etc
At the begining my VO2 max was 46 and it slowly went down to 36, and it still there. It never ever wanted to raise my max pulse after the trainings.
Recently I started to run 5k with a slow pace as the Garmin suggesting.
Now it started to suggest higher max pulse after the runnings. Now I am at 187bmp. I don't think I reached such a high bpm ever in these years.
What happening here?
I think the OCR is hard enough, why didn't want to raise my pulse after that activity?
I am confuseing now...
