Garmin Connect - Training Plan is missing

What do you mean by "my own training plan" There are standard plans via Garmin coach , or else make your own workouts

I would like to create my own workout plan/training plan. Normally, there should be a "Training Plans" options on Garmin Connect. But now, Garmin Coach is the only option I have. In Garmin coach plan, it is all premade and there is no option for me to create one.

For some videos on youtube, they have the option and can make their own Training Plans. :(

Did you actually go to Garmin Coach and then select ADVANCED HALF MARATHON AS EXAMPLE...it is exactly the same , its just in a different location now. It puts a plan there that you can edit exactly as he is doing.

So I should select or find a plan first then edit it. It works great! but it would be better if I can create from scratch.

You can make completely your own from scratch by making workouts and placing those in calender . That’s what I did 

but these give one a good starting point to edit

But you complain about something what was presented in video link you have posted above.
And as S.M.R. wrote, there is not a problem to build your plan from the scratch day by day, manually creating workouts and placing each in calendar.

One remark.
Please remember that number of workouts stored on the watch is limited.
