HRM pro plus not collection all advanced statistics

Hi,

I recently bought the HRM pro plus. Its paired with an Instinct 2 and the first run worked like a charm.

The second run however I cant see any advanced statistics from the hrm even though it said that the hrm was properly connected.

Does that happen sometimes?

(And yes I was wearing it the right way up and the heart rate is definetly from the hrm)

    Try removing it from the device and any other connections and set it up again as a first idea.

    I've had occasion where it seems to be connected but isn't / looses connection (FR965) , this I could establish as there was no GCT balance and that is the one metric that watches that do RD themselves do not do.

    I ensure I have RD's on as screen so one can check that it is working.

    Resetting the connection as described above did seem to help.

    Make sure the Pro+ is paired as an ANT+ device not BT.
