Fenix 6 Pro connection issue with Garmin HRM Run

Suddenly, I have a connection problem of my Fenix 6 Pro S watch with Garmin HRM Run. I replaced the HRM battery, reseted the watch settings, turned the watch off and on, wore the strap and tried connecting several times but was not able to connect it with the strap. I had another HRM Run which I know for sure that it works perfectly, but the watch could not also connect to it either. I know that the bluetooth is on, and the watch is connected to my phone with no issues - when I did "search all" the watch was able to find my foot pod but not the strap. How can I fix this problem?
