HRM Pro and Garmin 735XT not accurate on treadmill - Choosing Run Indoor

I received a new HRM - PRO and Paired it with my 735XT watch.

After I paired it, it was accurate as to pace/distance with my treadmill runs for 3 runs.  This is consistent with my old HRM - PRO.

However, after the 3rd run, it is now pretty far off.  The pace I run is off by over 30% (from 8:45 to 11:45 pace) and distance as well is similarly way off.

I have read where the 735XT is supposed to "self-Calibrate", which it appears to have done, but, it's not fixing itself.

I have also been running outside for almost a month with the HRM-PRO and 735XT and if it was going to recalibrate, that should have been enough time, in my mind.  The results outdoor are the same as the previous HRM-PRO.

The new HRM-PRO also indicates that a "Foot Pod" is connected, which is new.

How can I make this more accurate for Indoor Running?  It's off and I don't mind entering the miles I think I run, but, isn't that was the HRM-PRO is supposed to do?

Any ideas?
