Is it possible to save the data of an activity with an HRM Pro Plus chest strap with the Garmin Vivoactive 3 without wearing the watch?

Vivoactive 3 doesn't support any of the extra data that HRM Pro Plus has. So, it can only be used as a HR chest strap and must always be connected to the watch during activities.
