I have a brand new HRM1G heart rate sensor that isn't being detected by a Vívoactive 4s. The 4s is detecting a mobile phone and multiple headphones, so I assume the 4s is working fine but the HRM1G is at fault. I have tried two batteries in the HRM1G but still no joy.
Can the HRM1G heart rate sensor pair with a Vívoactive 4s? Does anyone have an idea while the 4s isn't detecting the HRM1G?
