HRM-Dual and connect app

Hello, the HRM Dual is not listed in the connect app, I therefore can’t add the HRM as a device onto my account. I have sent emails to Garmin but no response.

is not listed on devices list in the app or not listed in activity summary?
What HRM Dual manual states about it?

The HRM-Dual cannot be paired to the Garmin Connect app nor added as a device to Garmin Connect.
